Our ARORA ARTS team is proud to present our 7th edition yearly Media Panel that will take place on October 29th, 2024 at the popular Palace Convention Center 1717 blvd.Le Corbusier, Laval, Quebec, H7S 2K7.
Our Public figure Media Panelists will include Debbi Marsellos (Radio Traffic Reporter CJAD/Virgin Radio/TSN), Simon Peacock (Board President at ACTRA Montreal), Ley Khim Heng (Entrpreneur Reseau 888/Music Management Public figure), Ashley Thorton (Chef/Public figure) and Gavin Seal (Producer at Intersectionnel films/Advocate for equality in arts funding). Our panelists will discuss the taxpayer funded arts grants (provincial and federal), how technology is affecting the film/TV industry, what is working and what isn’t in Quebec’s industry and do you see yourself represented on the big screen? If not, then what can we do as an industry and as a society to get up to par with the international film/TV industry to make our talent shine globally.
